Patricia's Pecan Pie

 

1 cup Light Brown Sugar

2 tablespoons flour

1 cup Light Karo Syrup

1/4 cup butter

3 eggs, beaten

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 un-baked 9-inchpastry shell

1-1/4 cups pecan halves

 

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan.  Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves and butter melts; let cool slightly.  Add eggs and vanilla to mixture, stirring well.  Place pecan halves in pastry shell and pour in filling.  Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes,
